One of our staff members will be in touch to confirm your party. Due to Covid we are limiting our gatherings to 15 guests.
Event times can only be scheduled between these times:
Tuesday - Sunday 10am to 4pm through August & September!
Due to Covid 19 we are not booking any parties that are over 15 guests for safety reasons. We hope to resume our larger gathering in the late fall. Guests wanting to book a small party please call the garden for the fee. Our standard rental fee for parties and gatherings is $225.00 plus sales tax for a 2 hour party. You can bring up to 40 guests for this amount additional guests 3 yrs. on up are $5.00 + tax each. You may bring in decorations, food and drinks. Party times are 11am-1pm or 2-4pm. Call for evening celebrations. We kindly require reservations and a deposit for parties at the garden.

Party Guidelines & Agreements
Please read the information about having a party at The Children's Garden and sign below that you understand and agree to the following terms, limitations and liabilities:
* You are allowed 1/2 hour to set up and break down your party.
If extra time is needed from 10 to 10:30am or 4:30 to 5pm, an additional charge of $25.00 + tax will be charged. All 11 to 1pm parties must be cleaned up promptly at 1:30pm for the next party arrival. Please be respectful of the garden, it's plants and decorations. You are responsible for any and all damages to the property from you or your guests while hosting a party at The Children's Garden
* I will not bring in music
No music is allowed
unless it is a special event and authorized by the Director of the garden.
* I will not bring in alcohol.
* I will not bring in confetti, swords or objects that may harm children or the garden.
* I will not allow children to be dropped off by their parents no matter what age
* I agree to provide proper adult supervision for all my guests
I will be liable & responsible for any guests in my care.
* I will pay for any damages done to the garden, cottage, sculptures or the dress-up room
This applies solely to me or my guests or by someone in our party during the times of our event and the setup and breakdown times
* I will be mindful of the dress-up room and clean up after my guests.
* I acknowledge that my rental fee allows a maximum of 40 guests
Any guests above that amount I will pay $5.00 + tax per person. Extra fees to be paid after my party.
* I have read all of the information and agree to all of the terms
* I release The Children's Garden from any liability.
