Summer Camp at the Children's Garden 2024
Nature fun awaits you at our Summer Camp! There is a new adventure everyday and the wonders of Mother Nature to explore! Our camps are designed for kids ages 5 to 10 years old. We encourage your child's imagination, we foster creativity and we allow for Make-Believe!

Important Information
Arts & Crafts, education, storytelling, dress-up & creative play are all incorporated in our camp days and the best part is that we are out in nature getting our hands dirty . Play clothes and tennis shoes are highly advised as we play a lot. Pack a healthy lunch with extra water as we get thirsty. Please apply sunscreen and bug spray before camp. Best to wear long loose fitting pants! Each camp day runs from 10am to 2pm with drop offs no earlier than 9:45am and afternoon pickups no later than 2:15pm.

Cost for camp runs $160.00+tax for non-members and $145.00+tax for garden members. Refunds are available until two weeks prior to the first day of camp. Purchase online using the PayPal links, over the phone, or in person at the Garden. Each camp must have a minimum of six children enrolled, otherwise a refund will be issued.
All campers must have a completed waiver in order to finalize registration. |
June 3rd - 7th
Nature Rangers Join us for a week of adventure as Junior Rangers, exploring and protecting the Garden's wildlife and plants. Daily activities include animal tracking, foraging, plant identification, map skills, geo-caching, and bug hunts. Participants get a journal to document their adventures and a Ranger Badge to keep. June 10th - 14th
Into The Whimsical Woods Into the Garden we go to find and collect natural treasures to use as organic materials for our botanical clay necklaces, weaving sticks, petal and herb perfumes, lightning bug lanterns, and egg carton gardens. Each day promises magical adventures as we enter the woods with nature baskets in hand. Plus, make-and-take healthy snacks during camp! This Week is Now Full! |
June 17th - 21st
Wishing Soup & Fairy Tales Magical recipes come to life in this camp week filled with fairy tales and culinary creativity. During the week, we'll journey through beloved tales such as "Alice in Wonderland" with Mad Hatter teacakes, "Dragons Love Tacos" and walking tacos, and much more. Imaginary food activities include “Stone Soup” and “Magical Mud Pies.” Each camper will create their own recipe book brimming with magical food and cherished memories! This Week is Now Full! |
Make-Believe Week “A La Carte”
July 9th - 12th: Come for 1 day, or all 4! $30+tax per day for members $35+tax for non-members Tuesday, 7/9: Pirate Day With our eyepatches and spy glasses, we’re ready to set sail! Learn about pirate ships, local folklore, and compass navigation. All mateys can enjoy popcorn and grog! Wednesday, 7/10: Wizards & Dragons A little bit of “Abracadabra” and a lot of fun! Learn magical spells and find treasure-filled dragon eggs in the Garden before enjoying your snack with “Dragon Juice.” |
Thursday, 7/11: Mermaids & Sea Creatures of the Deep Can you catch a mermaid? Dive into the mysteries of the sea and learn about these beautiful creatures and their friends, along with a story and craft & served with a mermaid cupcake!
Friday, 7/12: Fairy Fun! We’re learning all about our fairy friends today, from making fairy houses and gnome puppets to bubbling leprechaun soup. Make your own fairy bread to eat with fairy nectar and celebrate our wee folk garden neighbors.
