Our 4th Annual Children's Reading Day will be held on sunday November 21st from 10-4 this fall.
We are excited to host this event at The Children's Garden once again. This is a heavily promoted event with wonderful local sponsors. Any children's book author or illustrator who is interested in a space to promote your book or your talent in illustrating books please call Robin at The Children's Garden for further information at (941) 330-1711. The deadline for a booth space is October 15th and prices vary.

:: Looking for vendors, child friendly businesses, performers and musicians!

We are welcoming anyone interested in selling child friendly items, child friendly businesses to promote their business or performers/musicians/storytellers to our 7th Annual Halloween Spooktacular Celebration which is being held Sunday Oct. 31st at The Children's Garden. This is a heavily promoted and attended event as it is a free admission day to the garden if you donate or bring in food for All Faith's Food Bank. We have stage actitivies all day along with wonderful vendors, photographers, plants, crafts, etc for sale with food and drink available. We do safe trick or treating for the kids too. We are off on a safari in the jungle to find all the plants that have zoo animal names. Bring your binoculars because we are tracking down the tiger grass and elephant ears! Craft and story all at 2pm sharp. This event is free for garden members and included in admission for non-members.
